raw crystals
stone beads
more stone beads!
Nothing.
First of all I wouldn’t be caught in such a store. It is demonic and part of satan’s trap to reel you into the ‘dark’ underworld.
Be careful. Be very careful!
i do not make shopping lists when i go to occult/pagan/metaphysical shops. i buy the things that feel good to me. and the books that intrest me and that come from known historical authors.
the only things that i make a list for are things like insence and dried and fresh herbs and spices. other than that it is just the things that seem to want to go home with me.
i almost always end up with a crystal or stone of some kind and
a book on a religion that i dont know much about…studying Tibetian Shamanism currently.
More essential oils, especially the unusual ones
A fresh supply of pennyroyal
A new mini-caudron, so I can burn incense powders (I don’t like smudge sticks, but don’ have anything to put a charcoal block in)
MMMMmmmmm…..shopping…….!
Check out the books they’ve got….and take a look at the votive statues (see if they have another nice Kwan Yin, goddess of mercy, to add to my collection)….and crystals/stones of all types (including jewelry). Some nice candles, maybe….
The only reason I’m NOT putting down herbs and incense and oils is that I’ve got a huge supply of all types already!
Herby candles
Sachet powders
Special Oil #20
I’m another one who doesn’t enter one of these stores with a list, but I inevitably end up leaving with candles, incense and oils 🙂
)O(
I always seem to buy crystals, oils and books.
When I go ..it’s usually for something I need, but always end up buyin’ a crap load of other goodies too.. I never spend less than $50.00 when I go in there, drives the hubby nuts,ha ha ha ha
sage and sweet grass for smudging — a box of incense — gems and rocks which might be used for a specific purpose.
