virgin birth, rising from the dead, the trinity, the “miracles”, the golden rule, heaven and hell, and even the teachings of “jesus the christ” are all borrowed from pagan history. do you people never open books, or what?

It never bothers them because they are so carefully taught that everything outside of their narrow box is a “lie.”
If they do happen to note some similarities, they will inevitably claim that THEY originated said idea, and that others copied it. Completely ignoring any historical timeline which might apply in favor of their own skewed mythology.

The entire Bible, from cover to cover, is about Jesus. There are at least 61 direct prophecies in the Old Testament relating to Jesus. You don’t think satan knew all this?? He took the prophecies and started the pagan religions, based on the characteristics of this savior that would someday come into the world.
He went to work right off the bat trying to duplicate and deceive people and knock people off course. The Old Testament people were looking for their Messiah for years. Jesus wasn’t a surprise. He fulfilled every single one of the Old Testament prophecies relating to Him. One mathematician ran the numbers once on the likelihood that the Jesus story was fake, and he said that if one man only fulfilled 8 of the 61 prophecies, the odds were “one-tenth”- to the 17th power. That’s a “one” followed by 24 zeroes. If you still want to deny Jesus after all that, then that’s on you, my friend. Go buy a lottery ticket. Your odds are far greater that you’ll win.
I think the better question would be, why can’t satan come up with anything original? because he is a created being, he’s never created anything and he never will. He deceives, lies, promises you fantasy with no penalties, all your dreams come true, lots of partying, sex, whatever. Hell is a big party with no rules.
Once you get there, you’ll find out the party came with a price tag.

Judaism is the only religion with original ideas, because it was inspired by God, and He is the only REAL God.Christianity has the same doctrine as judaism, plus Jesus’ teachings.It is true that some denominations within this religion practice a kind of worship that is inspired by other pagan cults (for example, catholics pray to Mary and tend to forget that Jesus is the one who died for them, because they combined the image of Christ’s mother with the image of a pagan goddes, making this religion easier to follow by the early christians who used to worship different gods; the goddes whose image was used varied from region to region, adjusting to the will of the new believers).Nevertheless, this doesn’t change the fact that Christianity is the only religion whose followers live(or sometimes, pretend to live) guided by the only book that containes authentic ideas:the Bible.

The perfection is the final stage, not the end. & The Power of God, the Ability is the reward for us to control everything in a proper manner, like the true God of goodness. & Everlasting Happiness is the final stage. & it cannot come alone without the final stage perfection of God. & if god always perfect in perfection then there have to be beginning with God for the organizing progress of all things. So, there is No end & also No beginning for all things, including this on going organizing progress. So, we cannot get anything from nothing. All are energy. E=MC2

Like that the faith in true God. Because of Lack of faith in true God, we do not have the great gift of understanding of things. All things are spiritually first, to govern by God with glory. Have a look at this world of wonders of yours & then you know the truth, when you listen to your real voice. & having a strong desire to do the best every day then stick with the best to do your best & most importantly, try to be grateful for what you have now to get out of fear & doing your best & making good people as a powerful influential person / leader, this is going to make your life winning.
The Law of mercy cannot rob the Law of justice so Justice demands the punishment of our sin but The Law of mercy requires the forgiveness to give to us & God is perfect in perfection so cannot violate his laws so The God provided the way to our salvation to overcome our sin so Jesus Christ sacrifice is much needed to return to live with God, so Jesus Christ is our savior.

Well, anthropologically speaking, all religions from the past have been “updated’ to reflect the times and new knowledge, ie tool making, science, weather observations, astronomical observations, diseases, medical or medicinal understandings, life and death, all coincide with religion or spiritual beliefs. Whether any current day religion wants to believe it or not. Many of the original Christian churches have made different denominations for themselves because their ideas and views differ slightly from the other. Some are cultural and some are educational reasons. But all of them come from one stem of people of their area in their ancestry. Some had/have multiple deities and some have a single deity belief, some even have no deity but a spiritual understanding (moving away from an omnipotent being or beings and embracing their human spiritual universal connection).
We have to remember, the “OT” was never the first book in existance. It was the first widely copied and observed in it’s time. It is based on the current understandings of the old philosophers, priests, and followers of the time. Even much of Jesus’ teachings were a dirivitive and understanding of the Budha’s current teachings that were circling in the East and Middle East about 400 yrs prior. With Roman occupation in the Middle East and new trade routes and contracts being established, many from the East were traveling to the Roman Empires to trade. With this also came their culture and religious or spiritual beliefs. These people intermingled with local peoples and both current religions and traditions of the Middle East and those coming from other parts of the world were being observed. The lapse of time in Jesus’ life that is not documented could suggest that he may have traveled to other lands or studied other beliefs and combined what he had learned with his own belief. Christianity is a “new” religion, comparitively speaking. The Jewish religion and before that was Zoroastrianism. So, to say that the Christian religion is older than that would be a mistake and incorrect. All beliefs are Pagan in origin. It is how others find their “enlightenment” and “spiritual self” is what they believe is the right religion for them.
I great philosopher once said “Those who do not learn from the past are doomed to repeat it.” This could also be said of religious or spiritual beliefs and observances.
Edit: I think raxivar and a couple others need to go back and restudy. There has been others like Jesus, look at Sidhartha Gautama (Budha), read the Vedas and the Hindu texts as well as their documented “miracles” and “faith healers”. For thousands of years even before Jesus, they had been practicing such things and even the concept of of Jesus’ eternal understanding of being “born again unto God” is not new. You can reach Heaven (Nirvana) through good works and faith and the universal conciousness will bring you into it to live your next plain of existence peacefully. He – Jesus – just added his own religion to it – Judeaism – and there you have Christianity.
