What is the difference between the manga Shaman King and Shaman King Kang Zeng Bang (KZB)?
Which of the two should I read?
Can I read KZB without first reading the original?

KZb is just the remake of the oringal so i suggest you read KZb bt thats my opnion

KZB is a reprinting of Shaman King.
It’s a special printing of the books with some differences/new chapters/a new ending.
If you’re reading it online,I don’t think anyone bothered to scan and translate all the old chapters again…I think the websites that have it only have the new chapters.
(I’ve still yet to read the new ones, myself)
For instance, on onemanga, they have KZB and Shaman King mixed together.
They have 2 new KZB chapters in between the original chapters 264 and 265.
(I think that’s how the new chapters were arranged in the KZB books)
After chapter 285, it’s all KZB.
…so, yeah. Read Shaman King first if you can’t find the KZB in its entirety anywhere.
Then read those couple of chapters of KZB between chapters 264 & 265, then read the rest of KZB after you’ve finished Shaman King.
