If you know a site or something.And also if you know how to download and new characters (it doesn’t matter what MUGEN game is!)

I’m having a little problem with interpreting the question, but I think you want a mugen with Naruto and Shaman King charters and how to put them in the mugen.

Now if you want put more characters in all you need to do is to put the charters in the char folder inside the mugen, open the charter’s folder and make sure that the .def file has the same name as the folder that it is in(w/o the .def) Now open the mugen’s data folder and open the select.def file with note pad. Scroll down until it says put your characters here. Now all you need to do is to copy the name of the charterer’s folder were it says to.

^^Its a cool game ( Naruto) where you can create your own character and join a village, do missions, spar with friends, start your own village eventually, learn jutsu, gain a bloodline, like sharingan (redeye), byakugan (whiteye), or legacy which is kind of like naruto, play in “the arena” which is pretty much rock paper scissors where you play other people online. Its also safe and you don’t have to give your email address if you don’t want to.(Its also free and no downloading
