I believe it’s because of Ren in the 1st Shaman Round.That’s the first time he appeared in wheel chair in manga and he said while looking at TV (Yoh and Ren were fighting) : Oh look Eliza, those are the guys who blocked my revenge (ren) and the guy who stole your legs (Yoh).
