Prayer to Eostre, also called Ostara, Norse goddess of Spring and the Dawn. She gives her name to the East, where the sun rises, and also to Easter, originally a pagan festival of the spring and fertility, which is where the modern symbols of rabbits and eggs may come from. I painted the egg this year as a part of my personal ritual of the holiday.

this is probably none of my business to even be asking u this, but have u by any chance considered adopting a child? there are many children around the world who for 1 reason or another don’t have a family & would end up in foster care, orphanages or worse if they aren’t adopted. i wish u the best in ur pregnancy, but it’s a valid option if it doesn’t work out. not that i have any business deciding ur family affairs for u, but just sayin’.
